Hello, just wondering if anyone can help me? I am on ESA but may be moving with the same LHA would this trigger a move to UC? Very worried.

Moving house when claiming ESA is not a change of circumstances that will prompt a move to UC.If you need to claim help with any rent and you're currently claiming housing benefit, moving within the same local Authority will not prompt a move to UC. It will just be a change of address for your housing benefit claim.0
