PIP Mandatory Reconsideration Decision

Hi,
My PIP amount has increased following a mandatory reconsideration, however, they’ve reduced my award duration significantly.
Is my only option now to escalate to tribunal, or are there any other methods of correcting this?
I’m drained from this process so would be grateful to hear from others who’ve gone through this.

You can appeal to the tribunal service. If you are happy with the level of award you can appeal solely on the length of the award.0

Thank you for your reply. Would this mean that there would be no risk of them reducing my PIP amount?0

You simply have to be specific, something like "I accept the level of award made but I disagree with the length of the award. My appeal is only for the length of the award."Rosiex said:Thank you for your reply. Would this mean that there would be no risk of them reducing my PIP amount?3
