I didn’t know you could let an online account for managing a PIP.0

When I applied I was asked if I wanted paper or online I said online as I struggle to hold pen and write but have aids to walk to phone / computer so they sent me a link to set it up I filled form in online and uploaded all information and evidence0

If you’ve had that set up I would hope that it will all get processed properly.0

It's available online but not mainstream, you have to meet certain criteria.
I scanned the PIP form as a PDF, then filled in the the scanned form using a PDF platform, then printed it off, then sent it. I've got awful handwriting.
Everything should be done online, if it can be.0
