Have I had 3 full assessment periods?

in Universal Credit (UC)
I first put in fit note on the 1st of september 2022 and am still putting them in right now , If I get work capability will I be due any backpay? My assessment period for UC if from the 16th to the 15th (or the other way around) xx

    You need to be found to have LCWRA to be entitled to the extra money each month. Based on the information you gave your waiting period will be Sept to Dec 2022. LCWRA starts from assessment period 16th Dec to 15th Jan and first payment would be 22nd Jan 2023.
