Hi Binky59
Welcome to Scope online, lots of info onsite.
It can vary from the next day up to a couple of weeks, various factors, the main one being quality control regarding the assessments. You'll need to be patient and distract yourself when you start thinking about it3 -
It's not clear whether you've already had your assessment or whether you're still waiting. Most people have assessments. If you haven't yet had it then your waiting could be more than several months. Some members are still waiting 18 months after returning their review forms.

It’s a renewel I filled my form in about 6 month ago , I got a texed last week telling me they are looking at my form and will be in touch if I need appointment or phone call , so I’m just wondering how long does this take about thank you0
-
There are no timescales. Other members have also received the same text a few months ago and haven't heard anything since then. All you can do is wait i'm afraid.

I can hear you are feeling a bit lost at the moment @Binky59, especially as it is your first renewal. Would anything, in particular, support you to feel less lost?
Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to support you. We are all here for you and listening to you1 -

Hopefully, they won't take too much longer @Binky59, I wish I could speed this up for you but unfortunately I don't quite have those powers0
