Hello @destiny78 and a warm welcome to our online community, how are you?

Have they now activated this element or have you submitted a change of circumstance? I believe it's up to a decision maker when to start the disabled child element from. However, it should usually be applied from the assessment period in which DLA was awarded. A mandatory reconsideration can be requested if this doesn't happen.

Wishing you and your family all the best. Keep us posted.

Do you feel comfortable asking them if they could please activate this @destiny78? It sounds frustrating that you only found out by ringing to add your other daughter  :(
