New style esa payments on maternity leave

in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)
Hi 👋 I am new here! I’m looking for some advice please 🥰
If you already receive new style esa and in a support group then you have a baby and now on maternity leave
are you still entitled? 

I have looked everywhere and can not find the answer ☹️

    You can't claim Maternity Allowance and New style ESA at the same time because they are classed as overlapping benefits.

    Have you used a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit? If you live with a partner you'll need to claim as a couple. If you have savings/capital of more than £16,000 you're excluded from claiming. If you claim both of those benefits together the ESA will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
