I have been trying all week to get my cashback, I was told it would be processed by Tuesday last week and would be in my account today which of course it wasn't.  Every day I call to be told they will put a chase on it, which means and does absolutely nothing.   Promised call backs which never happen, so next week I will get email,  complain and copy in ny MP.  I will get this 500
