Hi a bit of background info various medical issues from when i was born effects my breathing sounds like asthma but isnt. Fast forward 2008 i got pregnant with my first baby but he was stillborn full term. My then partner cheated on me and I left him. 2012 i met my husband had 3 amazing kids. Ive always suffered severe anxiety and panic attacks from the stillbirth and everything else, ive also found out that my firstborn shouldn't of died and it was negligent. Money worries and in May 2021 I lost my nan, my mother  in law my 2 pet dogs in the space of 6 months and my father in law Christmas eve just gone im in a right mess, I literally take the kids to school pick them up thats it. I now have a work capability assessment and are dreading it because my problems are mental and not physical im worrying they will say im fit for work and physically maybe but mentally im not i take 150ml Sertraline and that's not working great,  unless you have anxiety and depression no one gets it.

Hi @SCHayes. A warm welcome from me. You have been really brave in reaching out to us and sharing this with us. It sounds like you have been through a really difficult time.

Do you know when your work capability assessment is? It is really important that mental and physical conditions are considered on a similar, if not the same, page.

Sending you hugs. Would anything, in particular, help you at the moment? Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to support you  :)
