I am trying to contact Virgin Media

I have a disabled wife .and I am trying to contact Virgin Media, I have tried to contact them-ref a reduction in the rental as it states on their website but after 5 telephone calls I cannot get through, e-mailing them is utterly pointless, so can any community member advise me.

    Hi there @blu94 that does sound frustrating, I'm sorry you're having trouble getting in touch with Virgin Media. 

    Although we cannot assist you directly; on Virgin Media's contact us page, there are links to their own online community, and you can also select a topic on that page to get help with.
