Esa support group and disability premiums

I was getting UC and was in the LCWRA group, I applied for ESA and I have been awarded it from 5th  November 2022 (contribution based) and I’ve been given £77 per week, am I correct in thinking that I should automatically be put into the ESA support group and as I’m in receipt of PIP (Daily Living :- lower rate,  Mobility :- higher rate) would I also qualify for any disability premiums and if so would they all be backdated to the 5th?
any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

You will go into Support Group because you already have LCWRA on UC. The PIP is not a factor. The Support Group will only apply to ESA from the 14th week of ESA.

The ESA will be deducted from the UC payments so your total income will remain the same (but your total payments will be divided between the fortnightly ESA and monthly UC).

There are no additional premiums on ESA other than personal allowance and Support Group. All other ESA premiums used to relate to income based ESA and do not apply to new style ESA.

The pay of the backdated ESA will mean that the UC payment from then has been overpaid and that will be deducted back from the UC.
