Using RelayUK

I am trying to use RelayUK to contact my ISP (TalkTalk) and found that they are not fully set up to allow the use of this program - due to their automated answering system !
I have used RelayUK many times in the past - sucessfully but not with TalkTalk - their system asks questions so fast that it doesn't give enough time to respond and goes on to other ways of contacting them before I manage to type a response !
I am simply trying to take out a new contract and for some reason - they need to read out a "compliance statement" to me.
I don't see the legal difference between email and a txt based phone message - but its up to them to find a solution.

I guess that this would come under "accessibility"?

This sounds quite frustrating @Wibbles have you been able to get through to them since you posted?

Yes I did - I received an apology and a good cheap deal for the next 18 months !!
I must admit - I do like TalkTalk - they admit when they **** up and make good financially

Ahh that's good @Wibbles, it's positive you've got a good deal with them for a while now :)

You've got to watch TalkTalk - all of a sudden, despite having an email stating my fixed charges at £27 per month (all in call package included) for 18 months - my last bill was for £42 - so I sorted this by emailing the CEO !!
