Hi there I would like your view on this. I have been subjected to unlawful discrimination treated unfairly tricked to parting with my money.
I purchased a holiday Package unfortunately I had to cancel after a few days foreseeable circumstances, I booked a package holiday online with agent. Thomas Cook plus Travel Insurance at the same time, I thought I was covered but I wasn’t covered even though I cancelled before the 14 day cooling off period.
The travel Insurance ses I wasn’t covered as the Terms condition is all travel documents has to be in place.I had issue as part of a Visa application had to book in advance as part of the application.
The agent Thomas cook had chosen a flight agent Ryanair all I choose was select the seats. I wasn’t aware the flight agent was Ryanair’s as was a package holiday only to find out later, I could not get back the deposit, reason being the airline Thomas cook chosen I could not get a refund but could still book another time,so I thought to book other dates found this impossible tried on website again and still from this day impossible when everything I could not cope as too much stress plus still in stages of bereavement.
The agent booked the airline they are accountable for this as they choose the flight side but not accepting the responsibility.
What do u think care to share @ thanks for your time on this.

I have been subject to disability discrimination treated unfairly unlawfully. if it’s happened they don’t take accountability nor do they accept, as did not happen, at all because of your disability they discriminate people this, is wrong as they make out it never happened you must have mental illness that all they say.0

Hello @Golden12
Just to let you know, I have taken your comment and made it it's own thread, so more people can see and hopefully help
This isn't my area of expertise, but it does sound complex, have you thought about contacting the ombudsman about this? If you haven't already.
I'm so sorry this is stressing you out and that you are going through a rough time, my condolences for your loss.0
