Hello all,
Me and my mum both recieved our ESA just after midnight. I checked my bank account, and found that neither of us got the promised 10% inflation-related increase which we are supposed to get after April 10. On top of that, DWP paid me £201.85 instead of the usual £209 which is what I usually get every 2 weeks. What should I do? Is there any logical explanation for the lesser payment?
Kind regards

The increase starts on 10th Apr so I think you don't get paid the increase until may.1

Payments are made in arrear so you haven’t yet been paid any increases for after 10th April.1
