Housing benefit on ESA

How do I get housing benefit on esa? I already receive esa but not sure how to get the housing
benefit element

    ESA doesn't include help for any rent. To claim help with the rent you will need to claim Universal Credit, unless you're living in either supported or temporary housing.

    If you claim UC any Income Related ESA you're claiming will end after 2 weeks. Any contributions based ESA you're claiming will continue but be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
