My cousin is 82 and is getting dla, they said this morning she cannot apply for the higher mobility, she is registered blind now', is this true?

Good morning @mills470. This should depend on the extent to which her mobility is affected. Plus, anyone should be able to apply for anything, receiving the award is a different story!
