I've been UC since last year and limited capability. 

Recently a month or so ago I recieved daily component pip.

I recieved a call from UC informing me they are reviewing my claim.

I have to private my ID and all statements.

Is this normal ? What are they using this for? Seeing  My outgoings ?

Can someone help me plz.

    Did they tell you why they are reviewing your claim?
    Can you explain what you mean by this?

    Provide ID and statements.....

    When he rang me he just said we do random checks and some get picked.

    This is the journal message I recieved.

    'As part of your Universal Credit review, we have created 2 to-dos for you to complete.

These to-dos must be completed by 11/04/2023 or your Universal Credit payments will be affected.

Each to-do includes instructions, a completion date and what will happen if you do not complete them.

This will be either:

your payment being stopped and then possibly your claim being closed
a part of your payment being removed
Send us a journal message if you cannot complete or need support with your to-dos.

List of to-dos:
Claim Review: upload document
Claim Review: provide bank statements

    Did you claim UC during the pandemic by any chance? 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    Yes I did , .. but then after I found work for 4 months after pandemic and then went back on UC

    Then it will be just a random check. During the pandemic all ID checks were relaxed and they are now catching up with claimants. It’s nothing to worry about but you will need to provide what they’ve asked for otherwise your UC will be suspended.

    Yes I did ... 

    Then I worked after pandemic for 5 months and came off benefits. Then came back on when my problem arose.
