I have been awarded lcw but don’t get the extra money how and who do I contact to solve this help

Hello @kimlee and welcome to the community.
If you're claiming Universal Credit (UC) and have definitely been awarded LCW not LCWRA, unfortunately there is no extra money for this unless your claim for LCW began before April 2017.
