Did I just get the 150 pound cost of living payment?

Hello I got awarded pip last month and I got back payment for the last 2 years. But today I randomly got exactly 150.00 which just says "DWP PIP. Is this the cost of living thing from last year?

    Sounds like the COL payment for last year this years isn't due till the spring/summer
