Hello All,
As I know from 10.04.23 UC and LCWRA will be increased by 10%.
I'm getting payments every 27th of the month for period from 21.03 to 20.04.
I just had my statement and the amount is the same as before.
My question is why UC didn't increase my payments from 10.04 to 20.04
Thank you in advance and have a great day

The increases start from 10th April. UC is paid one month in arrears and no one will receive the increase this month. The first increases will be for those with assessment periods that start from the 10th of the month and they will see the increase in the payment on 16th May.You will see the full increase in your May's payment. No one will miss out and everyone will receive 12 payments at the new rate.

Thank you Poppy,
my statement says : The amount you get is based on your circumstances from 21 March to 20 April 2023.
Ok ,next month I will get a 10% increase for the period 21 April - 20 May
How about this 10 days from 10.04 to 20.04 ?
are they going to be included in the next payment ?
Thanks again

No they will not be included unfortunately, UC works differently. As above, May will be the month when you receive the new element rates.0
