    Hello @sair

Welcome to the community! :) I'm sorry you are having issues with your employer, I echo Beaver's comment about speaking to HR or possibly even a union rep if you have one?

I had advice from ACAS and scope. Unable to fulfill role anymore which was majorly hard to admit. But meeting was positive and I might get to do an admin or reception role instead. Thanks for listening 👂 x

It sounds really positive that the meeting was positive @sair. How are you currently feeling about the idea of doing an admin or reception role instead?  :)
