Best of luck @Rainbow116. I hope you aren't kept waiting too long.1

Thank you, is it around 12 week wait now isnt ? Though I’ve read on here chances are it’ll go to a tribunal as not many are uplifted, still I live in hope

Yes, you should allow up to 12 weeks. Only about 23% of MR decisions change in your favour. Therefore the chances of having to request the Tribunal is high.

Distract yourself when you start thinking about, do things you enjoy, watch TV, listen to the radio, a bit of painting, etc. Also if the decision doesn't go in your favour, 73% of claims are successful when they go to Tribunal.Rainbow116 said:Just posted off my MR 🤞 I scored 6 for daily living and 4 for mobility.

Thank you all, yes trying to put it to back of my mind. Just been quoted £15k for a full knee replacement can’t afford it but was hoping my medical insurance would cover but sadly not , NHS wait is 3 years0

Hopefully the Gov / NHS start thinking 'outside of the box', waiting is not an option, quality of life is vital for peoples well being.1 -
Only 2 weeks since I posted it off yet feels like months already … trying to remind myself it’s a long waiting game and to stop being impatient !0

Yes trying to, deep down I’m sure I’ll be at tribunal next, just seems such a long process and with my anxiety I just overthink absolutely everything0

Tell me about it, visions of dinosaurs walking up and down the high street when the DWP eventually award, long process.Rainbow116 said:Yes trying to, deep down I’m sure I’ll be at tribunal next, just seems such a long process and with my anxiety I just overthink absolutely everything
