Hi myself and my husband are joint claimants and are in receipt of both contribution and income related ESA. Are we eligible for the COL payment this year? We received it last year. Thanks

    The first CoL payment is £301 paid anytime up to 17th May. Yes, you'll be entitled to it, assuming there's been no changes since last year.
