LCWRA Gap in fit notes

Hello, so I’ve recently been awarded LCWRA and I handed in my first fit note in August 2022, however there have been a few gaps in my fit notes due to my mental health making it difficult for me to do simple tasks like going out, making doctors appointments etc. I made this clear in my assessment as well as the video call assessment I had to attend. Does anyone know if they’ll backdate from the first fit note I handed in or will they be more harsh due to me having gaps in between fit notes?
The gaps in my fit notes were around a week or so on some occasions. Any information would be much appreciated, thanks.

Usually you need to send fit notes without any gaps. It will be down to a decision maker to make the final decision on when to pay the LCWRA element from.If they go from your first fit note your first payment will be either Dec or Jan, depending on the exact date you sent your first fit note.0
