Did you ask for a paper based hearing? Either way, it's impossible to predict anything at this stage. If you were able to track your appeal online you maybe able to see what the decision was on there.

Hello Julie1968It sounds like you have had a Paper based tribunal (did you request a paper based tribunal?) and they have made a descision based on the evidence and information they had so all you can do now is to wait. You can check online because they do sometimes post there descisions on your appeal account. If it is not online then your account might not have been updated and you might need to keep checking or wait for the letter.Please keep us updated.Nasturtium0
