Mandatory reconsideration- additional info submission

Hi, I sent off my letter for mandatory reconsideration last week to make sure it was received before the deadline.
As well as needing full knee replacement and oestoarthritis in both legs, I have depression, anxiety and ptsd from DV and my counselling service that I speak to regularly have now written a letter in support of my application.
Can I upload the document or do I need to post it to the address where my MR went ? I’m not sure which or is it both ?
Thanks in advance for replies.
