Hello there @markwilliams1234 and welcome, thanks for reaching out To help our members find your query I've moved it over into our ESA category and changed the title.
Did you manage to get through on the phone in the end? I wonder if it's anything to do with the bank holiday, although that was after the date you've mentioned.0 -
Hi I was wondering if anyone could me please. I’m sorry to bother anyone but i think Iv had my late payment go into my account but it’s for a odd amount and I’m scared to ring them because they might think I’m being rude. As in ringing them and wasting their time 🐌 I’m really sorry to have to ask this but I don’t have anyone else to ask who will understand before I ring …thanks

Is it for a slightly higher amount than usual? If so it will be the annual benefit's change of rates.

yes that’s right it’s for a extra £32 but what’s confusing me is it says JSA and I’m on ESA? It’s ok I’m going to ring them now and double check. thanks 😊

The JSA next to the payment will be because it's a manual payment, rather than a BACS payment. Your next payment should have EESA next to ut as normal. The extra £32 will be because of the 10.1% increase.
