Surname evidence

I got married last July and now they are asking for surname evidence how come after all this time? Also can my husband take it down there as he has an appointment tomorrow. I can’t stand going out the house let alone going there.

I have no idea why after all that time. I would have thought they would have asked for it when you reported the changes. Yes your husband can take it to your local JC.
