PIP review query

Hi, I was awarded PIP for 2 years which runs until January 24.
I assumed I would receive a review form at some point, however I’ve just read that if award is 2 years or less you have to reapply.
I have tried calling the PIP helpline but it keeps disconnecting.
Does anyone know if this information is correct please?

I’m not aware of needing to reapply with a 2 year award. If awarded by DWP then you will be sent review forms at some point. If awarded by a Tribunal you’ll be contacted about 14 weeks before your award is due to end to ask to reapply.1
