Civil Service ill Health retirement
I am currently going through ill health early retirement and have submitted as much evidence as i can find. I have long term disabilities and am worried i am missing things out. Has anyone recently gone through the process for any tips or know of a company that can help me gather all the info together and write statements. I am not good at all with articulating myself about my problems and disabilities. I am a veteran and have Complex PTSD, IBS and ADHD, amongst a few other problems. The NHS Doctors always seem reluctant to put pen to paper. I have been in and out of jobs for years and have been ill for most of the last 10 years. ill Health retirement is my only option now.

Hi there @Christctc and welcome to the community, thank you for reaching out
I'm going to move your post over into our Work & Employment category, as that will help other members to more easily find it and share their thoughts. Have you been in touch with somewhere like Citizens Advice?
Scope also has some information and guidance on stopping work, which I hope is helpful.
Let us know if there's anything you need a hand with in the meantime!0 -

They understand more than you can imagine and helped me get back on my feet also with our wonderful NHS.
Give them a try
Good Luck
