What date exactly did you report your health condition/send your first fit note and what date do you usually receive your money each month?

Without knowing the answer to those questions then your LCWRA element will be paid from either Feb or March 2022. Assuming you continued to send fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

End of October, would that be 31st? I asked for the exact date. If it was 31st then your waiting period will be Nov to Feb..LCWRA starts from 17th Feb to 16th March and first payment would be 23rd March 2022.

Money owed will be paid separately to your usually monthly money. It often take quite a few weeks to pay what they owe. They first need to recalulate your past statements to work out how much you've already been paid, against what you should have been paid, you will then receive the difference between the 2. Once it's done you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much they owe and it will be paid into your bank.

hi Poppy I’m being paid from March 2022 haven’t said when yet I presume I’ll get my payment when I’m due to receive my benefits, I had to call UC about cost of living payment has I haven’t received that due to my former employer paying me my lieu of notice and holiday pay at the beginning of January cheers Ade

The money they owe will be paid separately to your usual monthly money.
