I had my tribunal hearing today I’m just wondering how long people have waited before hearing back from them? And how long it took for backdated money if the tribunal was successful

You should receive the decision letter from HMCTS within the next week. If successfully awarded it can take up to about 8 weeks, sometimes longer to receive any money owed and to put any potential award into payment.

If you receive the emails from hmcts you should be able to view online, failing that I received my letter 3 days after the tribunal2
