Reassessment Update.

Afternoon All,
As we all know there has been alot of delays on PIP and LCWRA,I am asking if anyone has had a recent LCWRA reassessment and what was there delay,after my last reassessment that ended up going to Tribunal the judge said to not reassess me for 2 yrs which was up August 2022,already a delay of 9 months.

    I don't claim LCWRA so I can't answer you directly, but I'm sure you're not alone here, as I think there are many members in the same boat! Hopefully they can share their thoughts with you soon.

    Reviews for the work capability assessment have been suspended for 3 years so you're unlikely to have another assessment anytime soon. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
