Afternoon All,
As we all know there has been alot of delays on PIP and LCWRA,I am asking if anyone has had a recent LCWRA reassessment and what was there delay, after my last reassessment that ended up going to Tribunal the judge said to not reassess me for 2 yrs which was up August 2022,already a delay of 9 months.
cheers
Terry.

Hi @TerryG and thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear about the delay you're facing. How are things at the moment?
I don't claim LCWRA so I can't answer you directly, but I'm sure you're not alone here, as I think there are many members in the same boat! Hopefully they can share their thoughts with you soon.0 -
Reviews for the work capability assessment have been suspended for 3 years so you're unlikely to have another assessment anytime soon. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.
