New to this site but I’m also on mental health net forums. I am 50 years old. I have schizophrenia and I am blind. I live on my own with my cat Mo. I have a long history of trauma, I have had some therapy but it wasn’t working! Spent 3 months in hospital last year with pneumonia:p I broken my ankle I feb I’ve not been able to go out for 3 months ! It’s healed but I fell over the cat last week and put myself back a month. I get full pip and esa, which is great because I can have a personal aid to help me do stuff like cooking food, going out, sorting meds, paperwork etc. have a great weekend everyone love lots bun x

    Welcome to the community! Mo looks lovely! Can I ask, is he a bengal? 

    Sorry to hear you've spent so much time in hospital, what did you do to whittle the time away?

    yeah he is a 4 year old Bengal, I adopted him 3 months ago :) he is sooo lovely cheeky, playful great temperament.  I love him so much
