Pip tribunal was awful!!!!!!!!!

I had my pip tribunal case today after a long 10 month wait, it was absolutely horrendous. I cried from start to finish, I felt so belittled and negatively judged. At one point I can swear I saw a panel member roll his eyes. I left that court room feeling deflated, sick and hopeless. One again I feel failed by this system we seem to have. Even if I am granted in my favour it will not change my feelings and how much today will live rent free in my head forever.
I didn’t get asked about my day to day, instead I was asked questions about whether I had online friends or if I was encouraged by friends to walk outside! Wth! I’m so fed up

I'm sorry you had such a stressful experience @lalabuttercakes, well done for sharing it here. Hopefully it won't be long before a more positive outcome for you.
Do you have anyone who can help with emotional support at home, or any care for your mental health?
It might be helpful, after you've had some time to recover from today, to ask your GP about a referral for extra mental health support.
If you feel there's anything more we can do to help, please ask, and we'll do what we canOnline Community Coordinator

Hi @Alex_Scope,
thank you for you message. I’ve vented today to a friend and I am going to take this weekend to recover. If I need I can reach out to my old therapist. Thank you for your advice. -
