Trying repeatedly contact dwp for upto date award letter confirming my claim for the purpose of my new application for concessionary bus pass, that expired onMay 14th. Can get through then I’m kept on hold. After 45 mins on hold the line cuts off. What other options do I have.

Unfortunately you only really have the option to contact PIP by phone. Generally speaking, Monday is a very busy day so if you call tomorrow bang on 9am you should get through straightaway. If not then you should hold and eventually you will be put through to an advisor.0

I'm very sorry @Danielneve2
We have had many members on the community express the same issue with long wait times when calling the DWP. If I come across any update on this I'll let you know. For now, we just encourage you to keep trying.0
