Child with no school place

I'm an immigrant, And i live in north Lanarkshire, Cumbernauld to be precise and i have a 10yrs Autistic child that have not gotten a school to attend. Though an officer (psychologist) have been deployed to carryout an evaluation for Almost 2month Ago, 
Please, I need your advice on what to do in order to fastrack the process.

Has your child been given a date yet for their evaluation? Have you heard of or been in touch with IPSEA before?
