I have a number of health issue,at the moment the one that's causing me problems is pain in the muscle on the left side of my back. I have had it over three months. Paracetamol or creams just don't do anything. I have seen my GP, Physiotherapist, Osteopath nothing has helped. The only relief I get is using a heat pad or lying flat on the floor. I have Osteoporosis an they say the pain is from that. I was wondering if anyone on here might have any ideas

Hi there @Gypagirl1 and thanks for reaching out, here on the community we're unable to give any medical advice, so I'd always encourage you to talk to your GP, Osteopath, physio or other specialists about your concerns.
I think using heat to manage the pain sounds like it works reasonably well for you, how are you finding moving around generally?0
