Hi everyone, I’m so sad because I had today pip hearing and the outcome was refused
they were asking from different years and they make me confused and asking how I was working if I had back pain really I don’t understood i said I was in pain but from October I stopped because the pain was too much and I can’t work out the pain. My pip was in October, I applied for pip in August all the time asking about my work... What can I do now any help will be great thank you

In a previous thread you already said you had standard daily living? Is this correct? Thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/100450/mr/p1If that's correct did you lose your award completely at Tribunal, or did they agree with DWP and you weren't awarded any extra points for a higher daily living award, or any points for the mobility part?

If you post anything here, please make sure you remove all of your personal details because it's a public forum and anyone can see the information you post. Was this a paper based hearing? Or did you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing?0

I was daily living award, and I was looking for more points in mobility0

Do you still have the daily living award? But they agreed with DWP so no points for mobility or not enough of points for an award?

It means you were awarded 4 points for the mobility part, which isn't enough for an award because you need at least 8 points for standard. Your appeal was refused. You still have your daily living award, which is a very good thing. You can't just appeal this decision because you disagree. You first need to find the error in law. To do this, you need to request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision. Once you receive them you need to find an expert to take a look to see if the error in law can be found. If it can't then i'm afraid you can't take it any further. You've also left the names of the Judge in the screenshot, which you really should have removed before posting. I also see you've left your full name in part of the screenshot down the bottom. Please either remove the comment or edit to remove the personal information. I flagged it to a member of the scope team incase you can't remove it.0
