LCWRA is part of UC and you will receive it in with your usual UC calculation each month.

h just joined and have MS with numerous disabilities and recently received a questionaire from UC with regard to being assessed to see if i qualify for LCWA anybody else had this

Everyone that reports a health condition when claiming UC will receive this form. (UC50) You will need to fill it in and make sure it’s returned no later than the date stated on the letter. Any supporting evidence you have should be sent with the form.
