Hi all! I know some of you have heard my story all ready..
so I applied for PIP last June 2022 got turned down October 2022 and submitted MR late October. MR decision unchanged and submitted to tribunal January this year. And currently still waiting for a date..
I have had a lot of appointment during this time as my condition and mobility has declined massively.. would I need to call to explain this? Or what basically can I send. I’m awaiting still for access to health to send my medical records and hope I recieve them so I can submit if I get a hearing date 🥹 just a little stressed I haven’t submitted enough evidence.

They will not take into consideration any worsening of condition.Anything extra you’re planning on sending to HMCTS should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the hearing date. When you do receive your medical records then I’d advise you to have a look through it first to check if it’s worth sending. Not all medical records will be relevant. Sending huge amounts of evidence all saying the same thing isn’t helpful. Less is often more.0

@poppy123456 ok thank you. Is there anything in particular that could strengthen my case? That’s not new as on a daily report or something0

@Hannah_Scope thank you Hannah! It went well! They didn’t really ask me very many questions and was over with in about half an hour! After 30 minutes I checked the portal and seen I have been awarded standard daily living and enhanced mobility! 😀 all the stress is over till next time!0
