My husband has eupd and severe recurrent depression. He is also at present being assessed for adhd
he struggles daily with moods, being angry, erratic and has a tendency to self harm/ break things/ argue and lash out because of this. His depression has him also having suicidal tendencies. He’s on a lot of medication to combat these episodes and feelings but they knock him flat off his feet.So when filling out the form, do I fill it in as though he’s not medicated or that he is, because half the time whilst medicated he sleeps a lot. It’s all very confusing.0 -

If he experiences side effects of the medication then you tell them.There's a guide here. It says ESA50 but the UC50 is identical.0
