I don't understand why you've started a new thread. I answered your question on your other thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/106680/hi-will-i-lose-my-lcwra-that-i-am-entitled-to-if-i-earn-over-a-certain-wage#latestPWHL? I've no idea what that is but if it's anything to do with permitted work, then those rules do not apply to UC. In your other thread you said you were found to have LCWRA which is part of Universal Credit. Permitted work rules apply to ESA.
