My husband has taken my new Motability car for his own use.

My husband has taken my new Motability car and drives it to work and all over. He has blocked me from the VW app so I can't see where he is or where he has been. I thought the car was supposed to be used for my needs only. He has his own car and refuses to go and get it from where he left it when we picked mine up a few days ago.

Yes, it's supposed to be for the use of the disabled person only. When won't he collect his own car? Is he insured to drive it?

Yes he is insured to drive it. But I am getting a second driver to help me so I can get my driver's license back. I've been told I am medically fit by my doc to drive again. Yay!0

He's being quite nasty about it. I don't really know what to do or who to contact for help.0

If it was me then i'd contact RSA motability and have his name removed from the insurance and then he won't be able to drive it.

Unfortunately I can't. I have to have an insured driver on the car or they will take it back. I could once I get my friend on there though. Good idea. Thanks.0

Then you need to get your friend added ASAP, assuming their driving license and age enables them to drive it.
