I was recently granted LCWRA backpay, but I believe there is still money owed to me, since I have been handing in my fit notes from a previous date. In spite of my request for a mandatory reconsideration of my backpay, I have not received any response three months after I submitted the request. Thanks in advance for any help

You will need to give more information before anyone can advise you further. What date exactly did you report your health conditon/send your first fit note? What date do you usually receive your money each month? Also, what do you mean by this?0

I'm sorry, English isn't my first language
Since January 2015, I've been providing fitnotes about my health. I was awarded a LCWRA underpayment in February, but I'm not sure what I'm owed, so just need some help with this. My money usually comes on the 2nd of the month. Thanks in advance!

I’m sorry but you’re going to need to give more information. No one can possibly help with such little information.I think the best thing to do is speak to an advice agency near you and then you can tell them everything and they can advise you. You can also show them your journal and they will be able to work out the figures from that. This link will help you find an advice agency local to you https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits0
