Missed call from LCWRA

Hello,

Anxiously panicking here. I have been  ready and waiting for my phone for my telephone assessment today. I am unwell and literally whilst I was being sick the phone rang. I answered second I had finished and the phone was ended on their side.

I have left a message on my journal, emailed them. I can't call as 0800 numbers have been capped on my phone.

It will be better to contact the Health Assessment Assessment Advisory Service to ask them because UC probably won't be able to help you. They have an email address where you can contact them.

Why have 0800 numbers been capped on your phone, they are free numbers so shouldn't be capped.
