I am a sister of two sisters with the same mother, but one younger sister won't listen to me or mum

The issue I am having with my older sister is still on going, and I keep telling my mother that she keeps making me angry for not flushing the toilets. I keep telling my mum how annoyed I was with my older sister for not flushing toilets, not putting feminine products in the bin, and leaving wrappers just lying around in the bathroom. I have a learning disability and they don't seem to listen to me about commuting with my youngster. It's always I don't have it or I don't know. So if I can't say them, maybe body language will work on me, but I was the one who once got told off by my mom and was annoyed. Yet they never tell their younger sister. i would prefer to never be near her again . that how much i don't want her to be home at all / constantly making loud noise . i always happy when my yonger sister leave the house, but when she returns, I am not happy i even told my older sister about my isusse my yonger sister . It never seemed to improve, it just kept happening. I'm getting really tired of the same thing over and over again. Not putting mestual products in the bin and leaving the wrappers on the floor in the bathroom. I'm the one that i has a learning disability and i don't seem my never to listen to me about my difficulty in communicating with my younger. The excuse always i don't have it or i don't know. I was one of those who got told off by my mom once and got annoyed because I couldn't express myself in words. Yet she never tells her younger sister. i would prefer to never to be near her again . that how much i don't want her to be home at all / constantly making loud noise . When my younger sister leaves the house, I always feel bad when she returns. i even told my older sister about my issue. It never seemed to improve, it just kept happening. i'm getting really tired of same thing .is take my mum a long time to even talk to me and still hasn't got a new phone that i already told has wait after two weeks . my phone did overheat last night and coudn't even turn back on . i used my watch set up alram to wake up in moring . that only first time is happen .  is this in the right discussion, if not, then that is fine with me.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble communicating with your family @Splatmate24 it does sound like you're feeling frustrating at not being heard or understood by them, especially about the things your younger sister does. 

Are you getting any support from a social worker at the moment? 

I'm also sorry to hear about your phone too, is a new one on the way?

@Alex_Scope nope didn't get support from any social workers and is tooks about 2 week and then my mum forgot about when i kept remind about my phone last two before holiday but wait it out when comes to holiday and hasn't still not be sort out . younger sister kept repeating same things .u still think  she might have PDA  doesn't seem as talkie with our parents . just say yeah or one that I usely get is i don't know or i don't have . that was that have to give one of my phone charger to my younger sisters and still hasn't give me back at all .  my mum will is what is .

Thanks for explaining @Splatmate24 I'm sorry things are frustrating for you right now.

Is there anyone else at home you could talk to about it? I hope things are a bit better today.

@Alex_Scope not any one else in house apart from my mum and dad . that  hasn't work previous times . yonger sister is not home now but will be home again tomorrow not sure . I'm more happy when she go out then stay indoors . is always the parents that always will chose .
