Assuming this is your first work capability assessment. The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. When it's paid from exactly will depend on what date you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. What date you usually receive your money each month.1

They have already backpayed from march April and may I handed first sicknote June 2021 and I get paid 25th of the month0

Without knowing the exact date you sent your first fit note then it's not possible to tell you when it's paid from exactly. Based on the information you gave it would be either Oct or Nov 2021.Was it March 2023 they paid you from? What was the reason why they only paid it from then? Were there any gaps in your fit notes?0

Please if anyone can advice me on this0

No all my sicknotes was put in and dates meet each other aswel they kept putting me for assessment but took longer than we thought due to my mental health and me never leaving my house0

And yes march 2023 thank you0

I did advise you of when it's paid from based on the information you gave. I can't tell you the exact date because you never told me the exact date you reported your first fit note. June 2021 doesn't help.

Hi, don’t know where else to type this I am new but looking for some LCWRA advice?I was placed on LCW and after a year I was asked to do a reassessment.. I handed my form back in and waited 12 months for the actual appointment I believe I’m going to get accepted for LCWRA this time so will I get back dated to when I handed my form in 12 months ago with it not being my fault for the long delay and potentially missing out on the extra support of money?0
