Please help ;(
Hi everyone, I've posted previously about me being terminated from work due to a terminal illness.
I've had my payment through for UC today and it's £97.
On my journal it's still showing my employer paying me SSP.
I've applied for PIP & ESA but heard nothing.
I am really struggling, with all of this.
I've asked for a DS15000 form from my doctor, but because they believe I have 2/3 years left they won't give me the form.
Can anyone please give me some advice, I'm completely stuck
- It's tipping me over the edge currently.
Thanks xx

Your UC entitlement is based on earnings received each month. Did you receive any earnings from your employer? If you've applied for New style ESA as well then this will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.0

I was paid sick pay last month.
Will my payments change, now I no longer work.0 -
If you receive no earnings then you will be entitled to your maximum UC amount. If you look at your statements it will tell you the elements you’re entitled to.0
