I had a look on my council page for a blue badge and seems you automatically qualify if you got 10 points for descriptor E of the mobility part
i got 10 points but on descriptor D
would it be worth applying for a badge and going through the assessment ?
thanks

There's nothing stopping you applying but you'll need some evidence to support your claim.
